Enabler

When discussing Joshua Block, an "enabler" may refer to the following:

• Individuals who believe that they will be able to help Josh; or ones that use his various mental health issues to excuse his behavior; better described as a savior
• Individuals who directly enable Josh's behavior despite exerting a strong level of control or influence over him; better described as a handler
